Our Initiatives

In June of 2003, Matsuoka Co., Ltd. logistics operations gained ISO9001 (international standard for quality management systems), our Tokyo Bay logistics center is making preparations for full compliance. Our aim is to be a quality business which can live up to the trust our customers give us.

 

  1. We are ever honing in on the dynamic needs of our customers. By way of our achievements in supply-chain management as a globally-oriented corporation, we are creating a fulfilling and pleasant culinary lifestyle for the people at large.
  2. By implementing 3PL (Third Party Logistics) throughout our nine domestic logistics centers, we are able to improve customer satisfaction by providing total logistics services, and to contribute to social development in local communities.
  3. Every year, we partake in systematic capital investment, part of which is to introduce refrigeration systems (change coolants from Freon gas to ammonia), low power-consumption LED lighting, and other logistics systems (Vertical Transfer System) that reduce the burden on the environment. Our aim is to have a business operation that is friendly to the environment.
