Feb 1950 Establishment of Matsuoka business headquarters at Moji-shi, Fukuoka (current Moji-ku, Kitakyushu city), trading with Korean firms
Feb 1973 Company name changed from Matsuoka Shoten Co., Ltd. to Matsuoka Co, Ltd.
November 1973 Grand opening of 1st logistics center at Higashiyamato-machi, Yamguchi, started operation as a bond warehouse
April 1977 Grand opening of 2nd logistics center at Higashiyamato-machi, Yamguchi
May 1978 Grand opening and operation of headquarters at Higashiyamato-machi, Yamguchi, closure of Moji headquarters
